In true Mexican spirit, we offer a lively,  casual dining experience. Relax after a day of adventure, or prepare for a night of fun in our dining room that features décor straight from Mexico. Vegan, Gluten-free, and Vegetarian options available. Our chefs are almost exclusively from Mexico, and they are cooking traditional meals, with a modern twist.

    Chicken tinga wrapped in fresh corn tortillas with green tomatillo sauce, sour cream, feta cheese and Mexican rice

  • Vegan Enchiladas Roja

    Caramelized winter squash wrapped in fresh corn tortillas with Roja sauce and Mexican rice. Topped with seared cactus

  • Fajitas

    Mixture of sautéed bell peppers and onions, finished with melted cheese and salsa Macha. Your choice of the following: Chicken | Vegetarian

    Mayan style pulled pork in an orange and achiote marinade

  • Rajas Poblanas

    Blend of jalapeño, bell peppers and poblano peppers with seared onions and caramelized sweet corn. Served on a flour tortilla with melted cheese and fresh cream

  • Baja Broccolini

    Broccolini in our crispy corn batter, served on a corn tortilla. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and Morita sauce

  • Chicken Tinga

    Braised chicken with tomatoes, chipotle and bell peppers. Topped with feta cheese

  • Guajillo Quinoa

    Quinoa cooked with Guajillo chile, mushrooms and onions. Topped with avocado salsa and crispy chickpeas

  • Baja Fish

    Corn battered white fish. Served crispy on a flour tortilla with fresh Pico de Gallo and zarandeado sauce
